Option 1
Our Polling computer can be set to update all data at midnight. The server call each individual location and uploads the data for the day. Upon completion of this process it merges all the data into a new data file. Then it connects to each location and download the file. When each location opens for business the next day all the data is up to date.

Option 2
Our Polling computer can be set Live and will be  networked to each location at all times. As any card is swiped at any location the data file on the server is instantly updated. This option will require additional phone lines or a network connection thru hardwiring or T1.
